seat belt warranty extension got my notice today

Just wanted to let Palisade owners know that Hyundai has extended the seat belt warranty for all 2020-2024 models to 10 years or 100,000 miles. I got my notice in the mail today, so keep an eye out for yours

What's this about? Noone contacted me about anything, so I'm curious about the warranty extension and the story behind it.
