Bluelink glitch after battery replacement

Since the dealer swapped the battery on my '23 Palisade, Bluelink keeps showing a "window open" alert even though they're all closed. I've tried cycling the windows up and down...but no luck. How can I clear this?

Sometimes a full system reset fixes that. I mean that's just what I know. If you haven't tried it yet, it simply means disconnecting the battery for a bit and reconnecting it. If that fails, the dealer may need to reinitialize the window sensors through their diagnostic tool. So now it's up to you to decide how urgent do you think this issue is.
