She's been griping about ISG since day 1. I slipped the AutoStop Eliminator in while detailing the interior. Her reactions were worth it! Just peace and quiet now at red lights. Has anyone tried pairing it with remote start mods?

The AutoStop Eliminator works well with most remote start systems since it retains your start/stop preference without interfering with factory settings. Just make sure your mod doesn't rely on hood latch signals bec some DIY setups disable ISG that way, but they can block remote start by tricking the car into thinking the hood's open

Good points all around. I went with the plug-and-play version that doesn't mess with hood latch signals, so remote start still works like normal. No hiccups so far, starts up quiet and stays that way. As for warranty, I checked with a service advisor I trust and he said as long as it doesn't cause a fault or show up in diagnostics, they won't flag it. I'll know for sure when we go in for the next oil change in October. Anyone here had a dealer actually push back on it?
