Kid-free road trip second row organizer ideas

I'm hitting the road, kid-free, and have a whole back seat to myself! I want to keep my snacks, maps, and tools within reach but don't want a mess. Any cool storage tricks you can share?

Seatback organizers or a simple over the seat caddy work great, then personally, I also keep a small tote or milk crate on the floor so stuff isn't rolling around
